Mr. LaMont specializes in pipeline integrity management and regulatory compliance strategies and brings over 20 years of associated experience. Through the application of process-driven, holistic strategies, he successfully supported numerous large and small pipeline operators in achieving their program goals and objectives. His 49 CFR 191, 192, 194 and 195 expertise includes HCA determinations, data integration and risk analysis, assessment planning, rehabilitation, preventive and mitigative measures, performance measures, hazardous liquid and natural gas pipeline integrity management, pipeline safety regulatory programs, written management systems development, program audits, integrity assessments, corrosion control, consequence modeling, environmental compliance, air permitting and investigations and Root Cause Analysis.

Mr. Foley has a deep understanding of the new gas transmission regulation, including participating in the Joint Industry Trade Association Task Group to prepare for and submit comments throughout the Gas Pipeline Advisory Committee process. Mr. Foley holds three patents for MaxOp, which is widely considered the gold standard used across the gas and hazardous liquid pipeline industry for MAOP validation. He serves on the ANSI GPTC Z380 Gas Piping Technology Committee and the American Gas Association Engineering Committee. Mr. Foley has almost 30 years’ experience developing and implementing engineering and regulatory compliance solutions and technology for the oil and gas industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a specialty in Systems Safety Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Chris McLaren is a seasoned expert in pipeline integrity management with over 30 years of experience. He has contributed to the development and implementation of Integrity Management Inspection Programs and gained specialized knowledge in pipeline compliance, including regulations related to integrity assessments, risk analysis, and corrosion control. Chris’s expertise spans program audits, integrity assessments, risk analysis, and corrosion control, where he has guided operators in aligning their practices with federal and state regulations. In addition to his technical expertise, Chris is a highly regarded public speaker, known for delivering insightful presentations on pipeline safety and compliance. Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant to the hazardous liquid and natural gas pipeline industry, offering services as a metallurgical and integrity engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Mr. Golemon has spent his career building industry experience, developing and implementing comprehensive regulatory compliance programs for DOT pipeline operators. Throughout his decades in the industry, he has managed Compliance Programs of every variety, maintaining each to both federal and state regulations, with a specialized focus on Control Room Management.

Sr. Executive Consultant, RCP Inc.

Mr. Burdeaux has over 45 years of experience and progressive responsibility in pipeline safety compliance, training, and consulting. His qualifications include direct involvement or oversight of the development of required regulatory compliance programs meeting or exceeding OSHA, FMCSA, PHMSA/HazMat, PHMSA/Pipeline Safety while working in the private-sector. He performed oversight and served in an advisory role to pipeline engineering/operations groups regarding design standards, O&M activities, and integrity management programs for gas distribution, hazardous liquids and gas transmission pipeline systems.

Mr. Trombley has over three decades of experience in the natural gas industry.  An engineering professional with extensive experience in pipeline safety regulatory compliance (Title 49 CFR Parts 190, 191, 192, 193 & 196), Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse prevention plans (Title 49 CFR Parts 199 & 40), distribution integrity management, O&M of distribution and transmission pipelines, LNG facilities, and failure investigation.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the Western Regional Gas Association and is a voting member of the ANSI GPTC Z380 Gas Piping Technology Committee. Mr. Trombley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is a licensed Professional Engineering in the State of California in Mechanical Engineering.
